What did Dutch Sheets see in a vision? Asbury Revival the start of what's coming?

Salient points:

  • The fire of revival will spread across America, and the whole world
  • God is coming to save this generation with a "violent love", and nothing can stop Him
  • There will be incredible signs and wonders - the sick will be healed, the broken restored
  • What's coming is a "holiness movement" to deliver us from sin and bondages
  • We will need the power and presence of the Holy Spirit to steward this MIGHTY revival/outpouring

About two weeks before Asbury Revival broke out, Apostle Dutch Sheets shared this on Jan 24, 2023 at Flashpoint on the Victory Channel.

~~ I saw incredible power, incredible fire, the fire of Revival; incredible signs and wonders; incredible passion, love for God, worship; spontaneous widespread outbreaking of the Holy Spirit… until the entire nation was on fire, with the fires of Revival ~~

Few days after September 11, 2001, amid the national shock and grief, Dutch Sheets had a spiritual encounter, whereby he received an open vision, while he was speaking in a local church.

Below the excerpts of his sharing:

“I saw as though it were an invisible hand, beginning to write on the back wall the auditorium. It looked like a neon light, as it was writing, and it wrote Acts 3:19.

I knew it was God. I knew what the verse said, but I didn't know what to do with it.

So, in my mind, I told the Lord, or said to myself, as soon as I finished this point (of my message that day), I'm going to Acts 3:19. He obviously wanted to say something from this passage.

But when I thought I would finish a point that I was sharing, the sign began to flash on and off, on and off, on and off, blinking… and I knew God was saying, ‘I don't want you to finish your point. I want you to go there now’.

*God was not interested in what Dutch was saying; obviously, He had something else He wanted to say.*

Acts 3:19 (AMP)
So repent (change your mind and purpose); turn around and return [to God], that your sins may be erased (blotted out, wiped clean), that times of refreshing (of recovering from the effects of heat, of reviving with fresh air) may come from the presence of the Lord

From the passage, Dutch shared that shortly after Pentecost, Peter seized the moment, and urged the people to repent and turn to God; then times of refreshing would come from the presence of the Lord.

Time is Kairos; opportune, strategic times, not just general time. Peter was saying this was a special moment, a very strategic time of refreshing.

In the Amplified version, this word is the blowing of the “breath again” intensely. Peter said it's a strategic time. What happened to them in the Upper Room on the day of Pentecost was just the beginning and the Lord has not finished yet. There's a “wind” for you too, and if you respond right now, as you should, that “wind” will blow again, intensely.

“As I shared this word, the spirit of God filled the room and the presence was so strong.

Suddenly, I saw not just the sign flashing on the back wall, what I began to see was like a movie. It was like the entire back wall of the church became a movie screen.

I told the people, I'm having a vision, and I started narrating what I was seeing. I expected this to last for a minute or two, but it lasted for probably 30-40 minutes.

In the vision, the Lord showed me what this revival would look like - this blowing of the “Breath Again” intensely.

I saw the fire of God coming to America. It wasn't the fire of judgment. It was the fire of “Revival”.

He highlighted and showed me specifically that this fire is coming to the youth of our nation, the young people, campuses, college campuses, high school campuses… the fires of Revival began to burn and He literally showed me the campuses where this was happening.

And I said, I see it on such and such, I named the university… I talked about what I was seeing.

And then I realised this is going to the nation… what I saw was this was springing up everywhere.

I described it at one point in this vision as a “violent love”. It was coming with such intensity.

God said: ‘I am coming to save this Generation and nothing is going to stop Me’.

It was so much passion from God, so much intensity, that I turned to those in the room at one point and I said, nothing is going to stop this. Nothing can stop it.

As this broke out, obviously signs and wonders began to take place. The students would gather into groups and they would begin to talk about what happened. And it grew in its intensity.

The next thing, the size of the groups gathering grew, and there were thousands of kids, young people all across America gathering, talking about Jesus - completely grassroots, completely spontaneous, led by no person, controlled by no person, planned by no person.

God just began to hover over these universities.

There would be a room of a thousand of these young people in an auditorium and God would start moving.

There was no one in charge; no one preaching.

Someone would begin to scream in the back that they were healed of this disease or that disease, or their eyes were healed… kids would begin to get saved.

They didn't know much, but they would just start crying out to Jesus; and Jesus was saving them.

I saw this moving across the country.

I saw people trying to stop it. Some of the administrators in the universities, gatherings of leaders or those in charge, saying, ‘we have to get these kids to go back to class because they didn't want to go to class’.

Sporting events were cancelled. Classes were cancelled. Not because these were bad, but because the young people didn't want to do anything else.

This was so powerful, they wanted to get together and talk about what was happening.

And as the administrators walked into these auditoriums to try and stop the young people, the power of God would be so strong, they (administrators) would just fall under the power of God, and they couldn't do anything.

They couldn't stop it. As this just began to take place, I saw mass deliverances. I've never seen anything like this yet. It rocked my theology.

No one was speaking, they were just singing, maybe a chorus or a song… and the spirit of God would begin to hover in the room and students would begin to be delivered from addictions, bondages and demonic strongholds in their lives.

No one was touching them… It was like when Jesus would go into the synagogue and the demons could not stand His presence and they would begin to scream and shout ‘leave us alone, leave us alone’.

Well, the presence of God came into these rooms with such intensity that the demons simply could not stay.

I saw these kids being interviewed. They were asked ‘what is happening’. They had no answer, but they stopped doing drugs, they stopped some of the perverted or sinful lifestyles that they were involved in.

I saw them being asked ‘why did you stop this, why aren't you doing these things anymore’. And the student simply said, ‘I don't know, I just don't want to do it. I love Jesus. I want to please Him. Something in me tells me it's wrong. I don't want to do this’.

It became a “holiness movement”.

But it was not like the any holiness movement we've ever seen in a Revival.

(This time) No one was preaching it to them. No one was telling them how to live. Their hearts were simply changed, and they wanted to please Him.

I saw this go across the nation. It was intense. It was powerful. It was unstoppable.

The other thing I saw was it was so “raw”. It's not like they changed the way they looked, dressed or acted. They didn't look like they were going to church.

They just showed up as they were, and God began to move. They wanted more of Him.

What I saw also was they really didn't want religion. They really didn't want our forms; they didn't want somebody to preach at them.

They wanted to know about Jesus. They wanted a relationship with Him, but they didn't want religious form. They wanted something different.

They came with their problems, they came with their past, they came with their mates and people that they shouldn't have been with.

But they wanted Jesus.

I found myself looking at all of this thinking - because of the sheer volume, because this was tens of thousands of young people being saved around the nation - what do we do with this?

How do we steward this?

It was coming so quickly.

How do we teach them?

They want to know God but they don't want our religion.

How do we teach them without trying to put them in a form or a mould that they know nothing about and don't want?

How do we teach them relationship without religion?

As I was watching this, 20-30 minutes into relating what I was seeing, I turned to the leaders on the platform.

I was so serious when I said this.

I said this is going to be incredibly difficult to steward.

It will be like the book of Acts. They just had to learn on the fly.

It would be like Joshua, who was told you've never been this way before, the only way you can do this is to follow the cloud, follow Me, follow the Ark, because you've not been this way before.

And what we're about to experience - we don't have a formula for… we don't have a pattern for.

Thousands upon thousands, tens of thousands… eventually hundreds of thousands, and millions of young people in America are coming to Jesus.

We’re going to need to be ready to take them into His presence and allow Holy Spirit to shape them; allow Holy Spirit to teach them, to show them what He wants, who He is.

Summary: I saw incredible power, incredible fire, the fire of Revival; incredible signs and wonders; incredible passion, love for God, worship; spontaneous widespread outbreaking of the Holy Spirit… until the entire nation was on fire, with the fires of Revival.”

AMEN!

How to get the gift to understand the times and seasons?

Salient points:

  • Understanding the times and seasons gives us wisdom and great success in everything we do
  • We need to ask God for the Issachar anointing to align with God's timing
  • God desires to give us this anointing, we need to receive it by faith

Notes from Ps Robert Heidler teaching on April 23, 2023 (Glory of Zion International)

Four steps to get an Issachar anointing?

  1. Align with God’s timing
  2. Pursue the prophetic
  3. Understand the time in the light of eternity
  4. Ask God for it

God wants you to ask Him for the Issachar anointing… and receive it by faith

1 Chronicles 12:22-32 (AMP):
22 For day by day men kept coming to David to help him, until there was a great army, like the army of God.23 These are the numbers of the [armed] units equipped for war who came to David at Hebron to turn [over] the kingdom of Saul to him, in accordance with the word of the Lord. 24 Those of the tribe of Judah who carried shield and spear were 6,800, armed for war; 25 of the tribe of Simeon, brave warriors, 7,100; 26 of the tribe of Levi, 4,600. 27 Jehoiada was the leader of [the house of] Aaron, and with him were 3,700, 28 and Zadok, a courageous young man, and twenty-two captains from his father’s house. 29 Of the tribe of Benjamin, the relatives of [King] Saul, 3,000; for until now the majority of them had kept their allegiance to the house of Saul. 30 Of the tribe of Ephraim, 20,800, courageous men, famous in their fathers’ houses. 31 Of the half-tribe of Manasseh, 18,000, who were designated by name to come and make David king. 32 Of the tribe of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, two hundred chiefs; and all their relatives were at their command

When David was assembling his army, many tribes came to help him. But only the tribe of Issachar “understood the times and knew what Israel should do”.

Issachar was a prophetic tribe.

God wants us to be like the tribe of Issachar.

God wants to raise up a prophetic people who understand the times.

If you can discern the times you are in, you can walk in wisdom and have great success in everything you do.

Having the Issachar anointing means you see how God works through time…
You see how you fit into time…
You begin to gain an understanding of God’s purpose for your life…
You see why God is moving you through various times and seasons…

How to progress from crossover to conquest? What are keys to possessing the promise?

Salient points:
  • God has a personal “Promised Land” for each of us
  • If you want to receive God's blessing, you have to align with His plan and will
  • Tough times are used by God to test us to teach us to trust Him; to persevere and grow in Him
  • The foundation for faith is to know God’s will and God’s word
  • A big part of possessing is overcoming your fear of conflict
  • Do the ONE THING that God asks you to do - His strategy always work
  • Keep pressing in to the promise, don't give up
  • Always remember God's faithfulness in the past and be strengthened for the future

Notes from Ps Robert Heidler teaching on April 16, 2023 (Glory of Zion International)

After leaving Egypt, Israel found themselves in the wilderness - it certainly didn’t look like a land flowing with milk and honey that the Lord promised them.

~ The wilderness was a place of testing. The point of the testing was to teach them to trust God. It was essential that they learned to walk by faith." ~

God’s goal for His people is always to bring them into His blessing - “to serve Him with joy and a glad heart, for the abundance of all things” (Deut 28:47)

God has a personal “Promised Land” for each of us. God has a goal, a call and a destiny for each of our lives that includes the fulfillment of every promise He has made.

But it is sometimes hard to enter God’s blessing.

How do we conquer the spiritual forces set against us, and enter into the blessings God has promised?

Israel’s experience at Gilgal gives the answer.

To enter the land, Israel had to cross the Jordan River. But the river was at flood stage, a seemingly impassable barrier. But Joshua directed the priests carrying the ark to move forward. As soon as the priests put their feet in the river, the water stopped flowing. While the priests stood in the middle of the riverbed, Israel passed through on dry ground - an incredible miracle.

While the priests were standing in the middle of the river, God told Israel to take 12 rocks from the river bed. They were to carry the rocks to a place called Gilgal and build a memorial there. (Joshua 3-4)

The first thing they did at Gilgal was CIRCUMCISION. (Joshua 5)

Circumcision was the sign of their covenant with God. It meant they belonged to God.

Circumcision was not pleasant. It was not just physically painful, it left them weak and vulnerable (while they were in the land of the giants).

Circumcision meant dying to their own strength. They became vulnerable and totally dependent on God.

To enter the promise, you need to cut off all confidence in your own ability, and put ALL your hope in HIM.

The result of the circumcision - “Egypt” was finally broken off. Egypt had been about pride and self-sufficiency.

God doesn’t want you to take Egypt with you into your promised land. He wants to cut off your pride and self-sufficiency, and learn to trust in Him. He wants you to see that even when you are weak, He can be your strength.

Passover not only got Israel out of Egypt. It brought them into the promised land.

~ Passover brings you into a transition. It takes you a step close to blessing. ~

God’s promises always come by the blood of our Passover Lamb.

The good news is, they had Passover in the land, but the bad news is, they had to get circumcised.

One result of Passover is Israel moving into a new level of provision.

Israel could finally enjoy the fruit of the promised land but it was also an uncomfortable situation.

When the promised provision came, the manna stopped. Suddenly after 40 years, the manna stopped coming.

Joshua learnt entering the promise meant:

  1. The strength of past season was ending
  2. The supply of the past season was ending
  3. Need to trust God to show them how to walk in the new supply
  4. The self-reliance of the past season was ending. Need to learn to follow the King

Then they had a visitation from the Lord. It was a good experience but also a frightening one. (Joshua 5:13-14: And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?” So He said, “No, but as Commander of the army of the Lord I have now come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my Lord say to His servant?”)

God is NOT on your side. God is not here to help you accomplish “your” agenda.

God says: I’m not here to align with you. But if you want to receive My blessing, you can align with Me.

Always know: He’s the One in charge.

Entering the promise requires unquestioning obedience

Joshua 1:7-8:
Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

KEYS TO POSSESSING THE PROMISE

#Key 1: Know the promise

Joshua knew God had given the land of Canaan to Israel (Numbers 33:53).

You need to know what God has promised you. God says He had granted you everything pertaining to life and godliness (II Peter 1:3). You can’t claim a blessing you don’t know God has offered.

So you need to know what God has said. (Eg if you need healing Exodus 23:25-26, Psalm 107:19-21, Psalm 103:2-5, James 5:14-16 are promises for you to claim)

The foundation for faith is to know God’s will and God’s word.

#Key 2: Be ready for conflict.

When you are trusting God to fulfil a promise, you need to recognise that there are forces at work to oppose God’s will. To possess what God wants to give you, you will have to engage in warfare (that’s what Joshua discovered).

God has given us many promises. He wants us to experience them all. But we have an enemy who wants to steal, kill and destroy.

Before we can experience the blessing, we must learn to resist the enemy.

When you try to possess the promises, you often find yourself confronting a spiritual enemy.

There are demon spirits assigned to carry out Satan’s plan to steal, kill and destroy what God loves. For instance, there are spirits of poverty, spirits of infirmity, spirits of unbelief, spirits of oppression.

If an enemy spirit is camped out on your promised inheritance, you can’t possess the promise without confronting that spirit.

You drive out the enemy with the weapon of God’s word. That’s how Jesus drove back the devil (Mat 4:1-11).

Many people never receive what God promised because they’re fearful of confronting the devil.

A big part of possessing is overcoming your fear of conflict.

God promised Israel the land, but they MUST be strong and courageous to take it. Likewise, you must be strong and courageous enough to deal with every enemy you encounter and press through into victory. If you turn back when you encounter opposition, you will never receive the promise.

#Key 3: Ask for God’s strategy, and obey Him.

It looked like there was no way that Israel could conquer Jericho, a fortress city. But God had a strategy. As Israel confronted what seemed like an impossible situation, God gave Joshua an assignment: God told him to have Israel go out and march around the city for 7 days, and on the 7th day to shout and blow the shofars.

It didn’t make any sense, but Israel obeyed.

It was a major test of faith. But when they blew the shofars, the walls of Jericho crumbled and Israel rushed in and conquered Jericho.

God gave Israel an assignment that seemed very strange. But obedience brought breakthrough.

Do the ONE THING that God asks you to do. It may seem silly, and totally irrelevant. But if you do it, you will see amazing breakthroughs.

#Key 4: Be willing to persevere until you win.

In Joshua 10, during a prolonged battle, Joshua asked God to make the sun stand still in the sky as he needed more time to defeat the enemy. And God answered his prayer and gave Joshua 12 more hours of daylight to finally defeat the enemy.

That was not an easy battle - it tested Israel’s endurance. It meant pressing in with every ounce of strength but they persevered and won.

Many times, a faith-battle is not easy. When you are “pressing in” to a promise, there are many times you grow weary of the battle and want to stop.

God’s word to you is DON’T STOP. If you keep going, you will WIN.

#Key 5: Don’t stop short.

God gave Joshua an interesting promise - every place Israel planted their feet on would be theirs. They got to choose how much of the land they received. If they chose to lay claim to a little of the land, that’s all they would get. But if they were willing to step out in faith to claim it call, they could have it.

Israel had to engage in long hard battles, their faith was tested, they went to the limits of their strength and kept going. But when they were done, the land was theirs. They possessed what God had promised.

What kept them going? The answer is Gilgal.

They kept going back to Gilgal:

  • After the battles of Jericho and Ai (Joshua 10:6-7)
  • After the all night and all day battle to defeat the Amorites (Joshua 10:15)
  • After defeating the kings of south (Joshua 10:43)
  • After defeating the alliance of northern kings (Joshua 14:6)

Summary

So, when you have been through a battle, when you feel weak… go back to “Gilgal”.

Remember what God has done for you in the past and be strengthened to fight again.

Remember what God has done and gain faith for the future.

You only get what you plant your feet on, and that means confronting every enemy that has camped out on your land.

So, determine to possess the promise. Don’t stop walking until you have it all.

ADDITIONAL WORD

*Chuck Pierce: It’s one thing to go and press into the promise God has given you, it’s another to conquest in that promise. So, once you get in, you cannot let the “invisible thing” that appears to be obstructing you, stop you.

(In the book of Joshua) Jericho was the invisible thing that appears impenetrable. When the Israelites sought the Lord on what to do, the Lord gave them the instruction to march around the walls, and on the 7th day, blow the shofar and shout. What appeared invisible fell.

So, God always has a strategy for you for what you’re up against.

What's coming - Promises of revival for Malaysia (b)

Salient points:

  • Malaysia will experience a MIGHTY outpouring of the Holy Spirit
  • Revival and breakthrough shall surely come for Malaysia
  • God is writing a new chapter for Malaysia
  • There's only one thing we need to do: love the Lord and obey Him with all our heart

As shared by a pastor from Selangor on March 1, 2023 (Firewall)

1) During the solemn assembly in May 2021, a pastor shared that the Lord had given him a vision of Malaysia at the dawn of a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit. In the vision, however, the sky was still quite dark in general, even though there was some obvious light emerging already. The word then was that Malaysia was at the break of dawn. Breakthrough/revival would surely come.

Two years later, he received another vision of the breaking of dawn. This time the sky was so much brighter (somewhat like the above pix), indicating that the mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit was approaching. Breakthrough/revival is now near (after much prayer).

2) The pastor received a vision of a small stream of river already cutting through dry ground. God will cause the river to overflow and flood the surrounding areas.

3) He also received a vision of God opening and closing a chapter for Malaysia. Malaysia has entered a new era, and God will write a new story for the country.

As shared by the pastor on March 29, 2023

Numbers 33:50-54

50 Now the Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho, saying, 51 “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan, 52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their [a]high places; 53 you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess. 54 And you shall divide the land by lot as an inheritance among your families; to the larger you shall give a larger inheritance, and to the smaller you shall give a smaller inheritance; there everyone’s inheritance shall be whatever falls to him by lot. You shall inherit according to the tribes of your fathers.

During worship in his church last Sunday, God gave him a vision - a very short glimpse of a beautiful place. This was impressed upon his heart - the Church in Malaysia is now at the threshold of entering the promised land.  God will cause us to dispossess our enemies to get the land.

The only thing He required of us in order for the promise to come to pass is to love Him and obey Him with all our heart.

Asbury Revival 2023 – and the Malaysian man with the sign

Salient points:

  • Asbury Revival is just the beginning
  • There is a greater Revival / Awakening coming, and it will be on ALL nations (Revelation 4-5). The question is not “if” but “when
  • Ask for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:15-23) that you may know Him more

Notes from Ps Dr Leow Hong Too’s testimony/sharing on April 2 and 4, 2023

Why do we pray for revival? It’s God’s heart – that many people will change their lives, many people will experience His love, and come to Him.

We need the power of the Holy Spirit if we were to be witnesses of the Lord. That’s why God asked His disciples to wait. (Acts 1:8)

The first church meeting after Jesus’ ascension was nothing fancy - comprised only prayer and bible study… until the Holy Spirit came. (Acts 2:1-4)

(NOTE: Many people in different parts of the world have been involved in praying for Asbury Revival to come to pass. Dr Leow is one of them, and below is his personal encounter.)

The key verses that guided Dr Leow’s prayer for revival in Asbury University were: Ephesians 1:17-23 and Ephesians 3:14-21.

His original plan was to retire by 60 from teaching in Malaysian Bible Seminary, and then write books, and become an itinerant pastor in Malaysia.

However, Dr Leow had a life-changing experience during his sabbatical in 2015-2016 after listening to the late Martin Llyod Jones’s sermons on the Book of Ephesians and revival. He gained on worship after listening to a sermon on Ephesians 1:3-14.

He subsequently had a Holy Spirit encounter after wrestling with God for several months to give him the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:15-23). From then on, he could pray for hours.

On February 21, 2016, Dr Leow had a dream about revival breaking out in Asbury University. However, coming from a conservative mainline Protestant background, Dr Leow said he struggled to accept the dream as coming from the Lord until he received confirmation after confirmation from the Lord that the dream was indeed from Him. So, he started praying for revival in Asbury, and continued to do so after he returned to Malaysia (he spent 2 semesters in Asbury Seminary).

In December 2017, Dr Leow heard from the Lord, asking him to go and live in Wilmore, Kentucky, to pray for revival in Asbury “in person”. The call initially did not make sense to him (as he had no job there and it was expensive and difficult to raise funds). Further, he was already praying for revival in Asbury from Malaysia; so why the need to be there just to pray?). But that was the Lord's call, and so, Dr Leow told God he only had one condition in order to obey the call - that the Lord would make it easy for him to get the “green card”.

Incidentally, God had already prepared for this 30 years ago. Dr Leow’s daughter was born in the United States 30 years ago, so it was not difficult for him to apply for the “green card”.

So, he quit his job in Malaysian Bible Seminary, left Malaysia and went to live in Wilmore by faith. There, he had no job; he spent his time praying - alone and, at times, with other groups who had also praying for revival in Asbury.

Dr Leow entered a fasting and praying season from end-January 2020 to May 2020. After the fasting period, he felt frustrated because not only was there no revival, but there was also the Covid-19 pandemic that resulted in lockdowns/social distancing.

Anyway, in the same year, God told him to switch his daily prayer focus from Revelation 1-3 to Revelation 4-5 to focus on the Throne Room of God (2020-2022). Revelation 4-5 refers to the end-time unprecedented revival for ALL nations.

Dr Leow said during his prayer time, he could see there is a bigger revival ahead after Asbury.

“Asbury Revival is just a warm up… there is a bigger one coming.”

“The question is not “if” revival is coming, it is “when”. For sure, it is coming.”

It was also in 2020 that Dr Leow heard God spoke clearly: Dr Leow was to carry signs around his body proclaiming the “Third Great Awakening” is here.

He started carrying those signs and walked/ran around Wilmore in June 2020. He did this for almost 2 years until May 2022 (regardless of the weather). In the first year, he did this almost every day; by the second year, it was less frequent because his son was not well.

The whole of Wilmore knew about Dr Leow. Some called him the “sandwich man”, some called him “the man with the sign” and “revival man”.

Walking/running around town with signs hanging around his neck might look silly, but Dr Leow felt proud doing it. He felt no shame; he felt joy doing it.

Even when going up to the stage to share, Dr Leow would carry signs proclaiming “Holy Spirit come” with him.

At a repentance gathering in Washington DC in September 2020 [The Return], a stranger walked up to Dr Leow and asked where he came from and what he was doing in the US. Upon hearing Dr Leow said he was in the US to pray for revival, the stranger took out a key and gave it to Dr Leow.

Dr Leow understood the key was a symbol of authority.

So, he started taking the key and holding it up in prayer around Wilmore (in chapels, on the streets), decreeing “Revival Come”.

Nothing happened months down the road, and Dr Leow began to question his action. Nevertheless, he continued to do it, going through the motions and declaring “Revival Come” (only a foolish man would do such a thing, he said).

Feeling frustrated (no revival yet, no idea when it would come), Dr Leow and wife began to think of returning to Malaysia by the end of 2023.

However, in May 2022, Dr Leow heard God’s call to go and serve the homeless in New York City - make disciples of the homeless people.

While seeking the Lord, Dr Leow heard God spoke clearly to him that He had to take Dr Leow out of Wilmore first before sending revival. Dr Leow sensed God saying, “because you will take all the credit when revival comes and you’re still here”... “When you leave, I will send revival.”

Months after leaving Wilmore for New York City, revival broke out in Asbury University on February 8, 2023. The fire has since spread to other universities in the United States.

** Asbury Revival is just the beginning. There is a greater Revival/Awakening coming, and it will be on ALL nations (Revelation 4-5).

** The question is not “if” but "WHEN"

Note: Dr Leow is currently involved in the homeless ministry in New York City.

How to pursue, overtake, recover all? Your 'Ziglag' can either make or break you

Salient points:

  • Things tend to go wrong when you're near your breakthrough point
  • When you obey God, your foundation in life is strengthened
  • Low points in our lives are a test before we receive the promise

Archived notes from Ps Yang Tuck Yoong’s sharing @ Cornerstone Community Church on Oct 28, 2020

We’re in a season where the Lord wants us to step into our pre-determined destinies.

But before that happens, we should expect to face adversity. This happens to every person who’s seeking to walk in the fullness and highest call of God for his life. The enemy has the right to test and try you.

But hear the promise of God – you shall pursue, overtake, and recover all!

It is often the case that when we are near our breakthrough point, everything that can go wrong will start to go wrong.

This is because the enemy knows the moment you have your breakthrough, he loses.

Each time you obey the Word of God, you strengthen the foundations in your life.

Learn from what David did to have your breakthrough.

The loss at Ziglag was the last thing that David had to go through before the promise of God started coming to pass.

1 Samuel 30:7-8

7 Then David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, “Please bring the ephod here to me.” And Abiathar brought the ephod to David.

8 So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?” And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”

Immediately after this episode, David was catapulted to the throne.

God gave David one tribe to lead (Judah) to test him before giving him 12 tribes to lead after passing the test.

So, what did David do?

1) The first David had to do was to break the spirit of discouragement over his life. Everyone that had been used by God had to battle with the spirit of discouragement before breakthroughs.
Learn to be an encourager; don’t pull people down.
Also encourage yourself by speaking to yourself; learning to praise; speaking in tongues; get into the Word.

2) The second thing David did was asking for a linen ephod (prayer shawl); i.e. a fresh anointing of prayer. The purpose of the prayer anointing is to inquire of the Lord.

3) The third thing: David took the spoils and sowed multiple seeds. Every time you sow a seed into good ground, you put a demand on the ground to produce seed and a hundred-fold blessings into your life.

SO, like David, your "Ziglag" can either crush you or it can be a turning point in your life.

What's coming - Promises of revival for Malaysia (a)

Salient points:

  • There will be an open heaven over Malaysia
  • Revival is promised for Malaysia
  • There will be restoration of what the enemy has stolen

Random collections of prophetic words/visions from various platforms

An intercessor from Penang - April 20, 2022 (Firewall):

1) The first vision was related to the 2-year pandemic. It is an uprooted tree (representing His church), with roots exposed. God wants to deal with the deeper things in us to strengthen us to prepare us for the next shaking. If the roots are strengthened, when the next, and stronger, shaking comes, we will be able to stand.

2) The second vision was that of an open heaven over Malaysia. With hawks swooping down from heaven to take control of various institutions. The Lord will be watching like a hawk over the administration of the important institutions.

A pastor from Sarawak April 20, 2022 (Firewall):

A vision received by MUFW watchmen. Prayer altars by different small groups form lights all over Malaysia, creating a wider network that forms a shield over the country.
Together, with the prayer altars by small groups in other countries we form a shield over the earth, tearing down strongholds.

A pastor from Sabah - May 11, 2022 (Firewall):

Prior to the launch of MUFW, PNL had received a word from the Lord: we are to pursue, overtake and recover all that the enemy has stolen from us.
It’s a season of DIVINE REVERSAL.
We are living in the worst of times and also the BEST of times (if you are God’s people).

Watchmen Selangor - May 2022 (Firewall):

“As the watchmen have been coming together to hear and discern, we received word that Pentecost 2022 is going to be the beginning of “a quiet and gentle flow of His glory and His Spirit for the remnant of His people whose hearts have been set apart for Him. It is a remnant whose hearts are for Him, open, soft and sensitive to His Spirit, a people that have not been contaminated but those that are pure and kept for Him. From this remnant the revival in this land will spread.”

Watchmen Penang - May 2022 (Firewall):

“He is doing a new work – not a re-setting, not a revival as we think, not a re-freshing. He is doing a work of imparting His instructions to the church and we need to have ears to listen and a heart to abide and obey His directions to us…..not a season of revival, but a season of Fresh Impartation!”

Various - 10-day afternoon prayer altar June 5, 2022 (AGPC):

Downloads received by several intercessors are almost similar, confirming one another’s visions/dreams from the Lord:

1) First person shared a vision of Rivers of Living Water - the word received was many would come to know the Lord, many would also experience healing.

2) Second person, an intercessor from Penang, said: “Yes we keep seeing rivers. Today, we saw a river of liquid gold, flowing over our land from the north down to south and across the land… also this morning, the Lord showed rivers emerging out of wastelands for the country.”

3) Third person shared about Psalm 46:4-5 being impressed on her heart - There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.

4) The fourth person received a vision of an abundance of rain, and we are all drenched - the word is that a mighty outpouring is coming!

5) The fifth person shared about Isaiah 35 being impressed upon her heart. In addition, she received a vision of a woman (from our cousins) - the word is that there will be a harvest of souls from many of our cousins.

A pastor from Selangor - June 12, 2022 (Firewall):

Romans 4:17-21 (NLT)
18 Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping—believing that he would become the father of many nations. For God had said to him, “That’s how many descendants you will have!” 19 And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb.

20 Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. 21 He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises.

PLC reminded us how MUFW was birthed. It was because God had released a word that He would pour out His Glory on us. So we need to press on in seeking and praying to God, until the promise which He had released comes to pass.

PLC also urged us to continue to pursue God, receive His instructions and word, and act on it. Many prophetic words and promises have been released through many prophets. These WILL come to pass. But it does not mean we just receive word, and then wait for it to come to pass. We need to TAKE ACTION and PRAY for His Word and promises to come to pass.

A pastor from Selangor - June 2022 (Firewall):

Heard from God about 2 years ago: “Prepare for revival”!! His church has since started mobilising the people in preparation for this coming move of God. This move is going to be led by small groups, spreading the gospel to our oikos; not a big-church movement anymore.

Various - July 6, 2022 (Firewall)

1) Penang watchmen saw a huge balloon over Penang waiting to burst. Inside the balloon is the water of life that will flow out to other states. (The revival Penang is experiencing right now will flow to other states in the country.)

2) Perak watchmen: There is a need to redig the wells of revival (John Sung brought revival in Sitiawan in 1930s). In 2006, Ps Chong PC (Kampar) received a vision of a dredge in mining waters, ready to dig up precious “treasures” (souls) – [Dredge is a machine used to dig up tin from underwater in lakes or rivers.]
